Thulestrasse 40 in Berlin completed on time

Thulestrasse 40 – Berlin
  • Berlin, December 29th 2014

gsp STÄDTEBAU took only one-and-a-half years to build the sophisticated residential structure in Berlin-Pankow

The new residential building meets KfW 70 energy-efficiency standards and contains 41 one-to-four-room residential units as well as three penthouses.

The neighborhood, located at the edge of the popular district of Prenzlauer Berg, features a broad variety of shopping facilities, schools, day-care centers, restaurants and cafés. The other houses on the tree-lined Thulestrasse between Berliner Strasse and Neumannstrasse offer an appealing mixture of modern and historical buildings. All residential units were handed over on time to the satisfied owners after only a one-and-a-half-year construction period.
