  • Berlin, June 21st 2013

50% of the condominiums already sold prior to the start of construction

Construction has started on gsp STÄDTEBAU's new residential project at Thulestrasse 40 in Berlin-Pankow. Half of the building's 44 units have already been sold or reserved.

The up-and-coming neighborhood on the border to the Berlin borough of Prenzlauer Berg features excellent connections and local amenities. Located at the corner of Thulestrasse 40 and Kurze Strasse the new building houses a total of 44 one-to-four-room apartments and is fully compliant to all KfW 70 energy-efficiency standards. The architect Stephan Höhne has graced the modern façade, which features rounded edges and a horizontal arrangement, with an appealing historic note. The apartment fittings can be personally selected from a variety of individual design lines. The apartments vary from approx. 30 to 116 m2 in size and cost between 124,000 and 569,000 euros. There are no brokerage fees.

Additional information can be found on the project website at www.Thule40.de.
