By the end of 2014, gsp STÄDTEBAU will have completed a total of 44 one-to-four-room apartments and penthouses at Thulestrasse 40. The neighborhood on the edge of the Berliner district of Prenzlauer Berg features a wide and lively variety of shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens, restaurants and cafes. The other houses on the tree-lined Thulestraße between Berliner Strasse and Neumannstrasse offer an appealing mixture of modern and historical buildings.

The structural work of the new residential building at Thulestrasse 40 is complete. 70% of the residential units in the house have already been sold. Select 1.5-to-3.5-room units, costing between 124,000 and 569,000 euros, are still available for purchase.

The new building meets KfW 70 energy-efficiency standards and offers room for 44 one-to-four-room residential units. The architect Stephan Höhne has graced the façade with an appealing historic note with rounded edges and a horizontal arrangement. The apartment fittings can be personally selected from a variety of individual design lines. The apartments vary from approx. 30 to 116 m² in size and cost between 124,000 and 569,000 euros. There are no brokerage fees. Additional information can be found on the project website at www.Thule40.de.
