In coordination with the authorities of the city of Luckenwalde and the district of Teltow-Fläming, gsp Städtebau intends to develop a residential quarter with 6 – 7 smaller urban villas in Triftstrasse in Luckenwalde. Around 28 families are going to find a new home here.

On the one hand, 4 new-build urban villas, each with 4 residential units, are being built on two plots of land that have now been divided into two. On the other hand, 8 modern terraced house groups with 3 terraced houses each. Integrated into a new residential street, allocated garden and open spaces as well as sufficient bicycle and car parking facilities round off the energy-efficient rental housing ensemble.
