New owner for EDEN project

Project development successfully sold

With the skyscraper EDEN, another attractive residential tower for condominiums is being built in Frankfurt’s city quarter “Europaviertel”. Currently, construction work for a larger underground car park is already taking place. Gsp Städtebau was now able to successfully sell the project "EDEN" to the project developer Immobel.

The Belgian company Immobel is already active in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Poland and Spain. With the purchase, Immobel gains access to the German market and, at the same time, to a project in full progress with all permits. This approach was appealing for gsp Städtebau too and finally led to the sale of the project development.

Gsp Städtebau will be responsible for the current construction activity until the completion of the underground car park. The construction from the upper edge of the basement is then done by Immobel, so that an optimal transfer is possible. Gsp Städtebau will remain engaged in the project with a roughly 10 percent share.
