    More than 30% of the residential units are already sold

    gsp STÄDTEBAU has begun construction of the new residential building "Maximilian 15". More than 30% of the apartments are already sold.

    The new six-storey building on the corner of Maximilianstrasse and Rupprechtstrasse contains 51 two-to-five-room condominiums and meets KfW Efficiency House 70 standards. Maximilianstrasse is a quiet residential street located in the Weitling neighborhood, within walking distance of both Rummelsburger Lake and the neighboring borough of Friedrichshain. The timeless and varied design of the façade features white plaster, brick elements and expansive windows. An additional attractive feature of the house is the landscaped rear courtyard.

    36 apartments are still available for purchase

    Nearly all of the 42-to-137-m², 2-to-5-room apartments also feature a balcony or terrace. For the apartment fittings, buyers can make their personal choice from a variety of quality design lines. The apartments are available for between €125,000 and €449,000, while underground parking spaces can be had for an additional €22,500. Completion of the new building is projected for the end of 2015.
