The distinction of top-quality, sustainable project development has attracted international interest: before the official sales even began, 20% of the residential units were already reserved for purchase. The Zabel Property Group began sales in August 2015. Further information can be found at www.zabel.com.

The apartments begin on level four. The lower floors are reserved for serviced apartments available for both short-term as well as long-term business and/or personal stays in the capital city. The new entrance to the Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park subway station houses a shopping arcade. As a result, daily commuters using the U-2 line are also an interesting target group for the commercial spaces.

    Architecture:
gsp STÄDTEBAU always works with internationally respected and active architects. For the project at Potsdamer Platz, gsp STÄDTEBAU is once again collaborating with the well-known architectural firm Hilmer & Sattler and Albrecht. (Examples of earlier collaborative projects in Berlin are the Charleston – Berlin Living and Oberbaum City.)

    Location and Public Transportation:
Gabriele-Tergit-Promenade 21. The new residential structure is located above the U-2 subway line (Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park station), across from Potsdamer Platz. Brandenburger Gate, Friedrichstraße, and the historic center of Berlin are in the immediate vicinity. The Mall of Berlin, Berlin's newest and second-largest shopping center, is just a few steps away at Leipziger Platz. The local shopping opportunities are excellent.
