Welcome home

"Welcome home" – this was gsp’s project development slogan for the new building in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg. It’s now also a "welcome home" from one day to the next for the new occupants of the new building at number 15 Maximilianstrasse.
 
All two to five-room apartments – 51 in total – have been completed and are being handed over to their new owners. gsp STÄDTEBAU was thus able to conclude another successful round of project development.
 
For many of the buyers, the flexibility for home furnishings and the location just a few minutes on foot from Lake Rummelsburg suited them just perfectly. Prices for the apartments were between 125,000 € and 449,000 €. Almost all apartments include a balcony. Buyers were also optionally able to purchase underground parking spaces.
